Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jonathan Adler purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom furniture, direct-ship items, and final sale products are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the return packing slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately and to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your box and drop it off at any authorized UPS or FedEx location, depending on the carrier specified on your return documentation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days, minus a restocking fee.
